Dr. Saakshi Khosala
Dr. Saakshi Khosla is a chiropractor with a passion for movement, education, and helping others feel their best. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) and holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology for Health Sciences and Psychology from the University of Toronto.
Her journey into healthcare began with volunteer work at Brampton Civic Hospital and continued through meaningful community involvement with the Canadian Red Cross and Brampton Library. She also volunteered at the University of Toronto’s Childhood Learning and Developmental Lab, where she contributed to research focused on early child development.
As her academic path progressed, she developed a strong interest in anatomy and human movement. This, combined with a desire to make a direct and lasting impact on people’s lives, led her to pursue a career in chiropractic care.
Dr. Khosla provides a personalized, evidence-based approach that includes acupuncture as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. She focuses on more than symptom relief by working closely with each patient to improve mobility, restore function, and enhance overall quality of life. Her care is tailored to the unique needs and goals of each individual, whether they are recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or striving to feel stronger and more at ease in their body.
Fluent in English and Punjabi, Dr. Khosla is committed to providing accessible and inclusive care to individuals from all backgrounds.

Mr. Derek Mernagh Registered Physiotherapist
Derek was born and raised in Galway, Ireland. He started his academic career by qualifying with a Higher Certificate in Physiology and Health Science from Carlow Institute of Technology. He went on to graduate as a Physiotherapist in Newcastle, UK, and has furthered his education by qualifying as a physiotherapist in Canada. He is the founding partner of Physiotherapy@Woodbridge and thereby ensures the company meets the standards of Rules of Professional Conduct outlined by the Ontario College of Physiotherapists.
Since becoming a physiotherapist, Derek has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience working in clinics in Ireland, the UK, and Canada. Derek is McKenzie-trained and also has participated in a number of post graduate courses including Deep Dry Needling, Vestibular Rehabilitation, TMJ Dysfunction, Mulligan Technique, Kinesio Taping and many more.

Dr. Caner Nar Registered Chiropractor
Dr. Caner Nar integrates evidence-based care and advanced chiropractic techniques in order to help patients move, feel and live better. He has an exceptional understanding of human biomechanics, physiology and anatomy through his extensive educational background stemming from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He utilizes joint mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, spinal manipulation, therapeutic cupping, kinesiology taping, shockwave therapy, exercise and patient education as his primary care methods. Dr. Nar recognizes the unique day to day demands of life put on each patient and is able to deliver care based on those needs.
